PLEASE NOTE: Your billing information MUST match the billing address for your credit card. You can have it shipped to where ever you like. When you purchase items online a temporary hold is placed on your funds. Failure to provided the correct billing address will cause your card to be declined and a second hold placed on your account funds when corrected. The first hold will then be released within 24 hours by most banks. The second hold will turn into an actual charge. Shipping cost are baised on where your order is shipped to. We ship all orders every Monday (unless it is a mail holiday). Most orders to the 50 US states will arrive within 3 to 5 days after the shipping date if you choose Priority Mail. International orders may take longer. However, please allow 10 working days after the shipping date before you contact us regarding your order. If you prefer UPS shipment, please provide your UPS account number AND order number via this submission form as soon as you place your order, or call (808) 625-7728 and provide your UPS account information. If we ship your order via your UPS account, no additional shipping charges will be added to your order.
