We ship all orders every Monday (unless it is a mail holiday). Orders MUST be received no later than 12 noon on Sunday so that the order may be packed for shipping. Most orders to the 50 US states will arrive within 3 to 5 days after the shipping date if you choose Priority Mail. International orders may take longer. However, please allow 10 working days after the shipping date before you contact us regarding your order. If you prefer UPS shipment, please provide your UPS account number AND order number via this submission form
as soon as you place your order, or call (808) 625-7728 and provide your UPS account information. If we ship your order via your UPS account, no additional shipping charges will be added to your order.
