Shipping: We ship all orders every Monday (unless it is a mail holiday). Orders MUST be received no later than 12 noon on Sunday so that the order may be packed for shipping. Most orders to the 50 US states will arrive within 3 to 5 days after the shipping date if you choose Priority Mail. International orders may take longer. However, please allow 10 working days after the shipping date before you contact us regarding your order. If you prefer UPS shipment, please provide your UPS account number AND order number via this submission form as soon as you place your order, or call (808) 625-7728 and provide your UPS account information. If we ship your order via your UPS account, no additional shipping charges will be added to your order.
How we calculate shipping charges: Shipping/handling is automatically calculated based on item count and weight. If you order multiple items, you may see an inflated shipping/handling charge at checkout. However, your credit card will only be charged the actual cost of postage plus a modest handling charge.
Shipping Charges on Calendar only orders:
The following chart will be used for adjusting the calendar only order when shipped to the US.
1 Calendar (S/H will be adjusted to $3 total)
2 Calendars (S/H will be adjusted to $4 total)
3 - 5 Calendars (S/H will be adjusted to $2 ea, Priority mail)
6 or more Calendars (S/H will be adjusted to $1.50 ea, Priority mail)
Once we receive your order, we will calculate your shipping/handling as above, and charge your card appropriately.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO: As, the US Postal Service adjusted the postal rates and we have adjust our shipping/handling rates accordingly as our system is tied directly with the USPS service rates table.
Rush Processing: Selecting this option on the shipping section of the checkout process means we will ship your order the next business day, and will put forth our best effort to ship it the same day. Rush processing will only speed up the processing time. It does not upgrade your shipping method. (IE; USPS Priority mail would still take 3-5 working days to arrive on average)
International Customers: Please note that Hawaiian Resources Company, Ltd. and MailOrderHawaii.com cannot be responsible for, nor will we pay, customs, duty, taxes or other charges imposed by foreign governments. Before placing your order please be sure to check with your local postal service regarding any restrictions or fees. We cannot refund the cost of orders that are refused by foreign postal systems or governments.
Guarantee: All items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, less the cost of shipping. However, because of their seasonal nature, calendars and Xmas cards are not returnable except for manufacturer's defect. Please contact us for a Merchandise Return Authorization before sending any products back for a refund.
